The Sebring Area Chamber of Commerce presents the
Property of the Month award to one commercial or
residential property each month, May – October. The
award is based on property improvements, exterior
maintenance and overall beautification of the area.
Nominations are accepted from chamber and village
staff as well as the general public. Winner will be
selected by the Chamber of Commerce from among all
entries. Each winner will be presented with a traveling
“Property of the Month” sign to place in front of their
property during the month. Photos will be available on
this page.

By posting sign on property,
winning locations imply permission
for photos to be used on this site
and in Chamber publications.
